4 HOUR venue rates.

If the Venue is not booked 28 days out, we can rent the Crystal Forest Venue in 4 hour blocks of:
7:00 - 11:00-500.00
11:00 - 3:00pm-500.00
3:00pm - 7:00pm-500.00
7:00pm - 11:00pm-500.00

Plus 9.25%tax and a cleaning fee of $295.00.

Saturday and Sunday
$2,900.00 + 1,000.00 = $3,900.00 less 20% ($780.00) = $3,120.00

Thursday and Friday
$1,000.00 + $2,400.00 = $3,400.00 less 20% ($680.00) = $2,720.00

Any 2 consecutive days, Sun-Thu
1000.00+1000.00= $2,000.00 less 20% (400.00) = $1,600.00

Plus 9.25%tax and a cleaning fee of $295.00.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday
$2,400.00 + $2,900.00 + $1,000.00= $6,300.00 LESS 25% ($1,575.00) = $4,725.00

Friday, Saturday and Sunday
$2,400.00 + $2,900.00 + $1,000.00= $6,300.00 less 25% (1575.00) = $4,725.00

Any 3 consecutive days, Sun-Thu
$1,000.00 + $1,000.00 + $1,000.00= $3,000.00 less 25% ($750.00) = $2,250.00

Plus 9.25%tax and a cleaning fee of $295.00.

Cottages on site for rent

ALL 3 Cottages are 1000.00 per night when booked with your Crystal Forest venue date/s.

  • Whispering Oaks - 4 bed, sleeps 8
  • Shady Oaks - 3 bed, sleeps 6
  • Hidden Oaks - 2 bed, sleeps 4

If you need more overnight accommodations, let us know. We have other properties close by. Cottages are rented in conjunction with the Crystal Forest Venue dates you have. For everyone's privacy on their special day we are not able to rent cabins separately. (We can rent cabins if less than 28 days out AND the Crystal Forest Venue is not booked.)
